I thought that I'd share my outfits from this short work week.
Why?
I successfully didn't wear real pants this week. I managed leggings and jeans.
Nice.
Now, before I share, please excuse the terrible quality of these photos. Problem #1: I should probably clean my mirror. We took it down when we started remodeling our bathroom. That's the spot it has been in since. Problem #2: It actually is difficult to take a decent picture of one's self in the mirror.
Outfit 1:

Sweater & Leggings: Old Navy // Long-sleeved T-shirt: Kaufman's (before it was Macy's) |
SO I actually tried to wear this outfit on Monday. Since just about every other school in the area closed but mine, I made an attempt to drive up the mountain to work. My car didn't think it was a good idea, and refused to go up the snowy, slippery mountain. I came home, changed out of this, and gave it another go on Tuesday.
Outfit 2:

3/4 Sleeved Henley T & Leggings: Old Navy // Boots: Payless // Scarf: Christmas gift from a student 2011 |
This was Wednesday. And yes, I took this picture in the mirror in the girls' bathroom at school. It looked WAY better than the one I tried to take in the mirror here at home. Don't worry. Wednesday is our Zumba day after work. All students were gone. :) (P.S. There is a gray cami under that shirt from American Eagle Outfitters)
Outfit 3:
 |
Plaid Button-Down: Old Navy // Lace Camisole: Maurices // Skinny Jeans (Sweetheart style) Old Navy |
This one was Thursday. We got to wear jeans because it was the last day of the week since we have off today. Excuse my hair. I hadn't done it yet. I just wanted to get the picture before Scott came home from work and made fun of me for taking pictures of myself in the mirror. lol :)
So there also may have been a pattern here. Can you tell which store I shop in the most?
I'll be honest. Old Navy has stuff that I like. I know what fits there (most of the time), and even though we have a store locally, I often find myself shopping online, too, because I don't always have to try things on there. I also find it helpful that if I get something and I don't like it or it doesn't fit, I can return it to the store with no hassle. Incredibly convenient.
(In fact, I just might have two dresses and two cardigans on their way here now...)
