Today's dinner was Barbeque Chicken Legs with corn and mashed potatoes.
Here's how I made the chicken:
1. Preheat the oven to 400*.
2. Place chicken in a 9 x 13" baking dish.
3. Drizzle with olive oil, and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
4. Bake at 400* for 30 minutes.
5. Turn heat down to 375*.
6. Take chicken out and brush both sides with the BBQ Sauce of your choice.
7. Cook for 15 minutes.
8. Take chicken out again, and brush both sides with BBQ Sauce.
9. Put back in the oven for another 10 minutes.
