The 5th Annual Great Pumpkin Swap {Reveal!}

First of all, I want to thank everyone who joined Kristin and I this year for the 5th Annual Great Pumpkin Swap!  It really is so much fun to connect with others across the country, and I hope you've all enjoyed your swap treats!

I was partnered with Kara from Ramblings of a Marine Wife.  I had a lot of fun shopping for fall and Halloween-themed goodies to send her way, and I was so excited when I got my box from her, too!

My opening view!

These towels are adorable!  We never feel like we have enough kitchen towels around here, and I particularly love the one with the piece of pie that says "Whip It Good!"
This candle smells amazing!  We love candles around here so I can't wait to use it!
She also included this adorable little lip balm!
While I can't say that I'm a hug fan of Candy Corn, I DO enjoy a Golden Oreo.  So I'm thinking that these are going to be pretty good.  (Are you jealous, Kristin??)
Finally, there was this set of 4 decorative pumpkins.  I actually have the perfect plan for them for next year!
I am so happy to conclude another successful swap year!  I can't wait to see all of your swap goodies, and I hope you'll all join us again next year! :)

The Third Annual Great Pumpkin Swap: REVEAL!

I don't know about you, but I love getting mail.  I have always loved getting mail, and mail is even better when it's a package full of goodies!  For this, and so many other reasons, I'm so glad that I got to host the Great Pumpkin Swap with Kristin again this year!

Last year, we had an odd number of participants, and Kristin graciously took on a second partner.  We had an odd number again this year, and I took a second partner this time.  That just made things EXTRA exciting since I had two packages to look forward to!

My first partner is Ann from Annster's Domain.  I loved Ann's enthusiasm for the swap.  As it turns out, Ann is also from PA, and she's not too far from my little town since she lives near Pittsburgh!

Isn't this a great box of treats?  Here's what's in there:
1. Orange Halloween/Fall lights (These arrived in the nick of time.  One of the sets I have to decorate my classroom burned out while I was decorating during the first few days of October.  These lights have taken up residence on the white board at the back of my classroom!)
2. Scarf
3. Halloween socks
4. A bag of Reese's Minis
5. Caramel Apple Twizzlers
6. Nail polish
7. Gushers
8. Caramel Apple Lollipops
9. Ghirardelli Chocolate minis- Milk Chocolate Sea Salt & Almond

SOOOOO good.

Thanks for a great box of treats, Ann!  Be sure to visit her blog today to see what I sent in her swap package!  :)

I also got to be partners with Micah from Unabashedly Me.

Here's this box of goodies:

There is a box of tea, an infinity scarf, purple Halloween BOOT SOCKS, Reese's Peanut Butter Pumpkins, and an Essie nail polish you can't see from the photo.

I immediately fell in love with this scarf.  I posted a picture of it on Instagram, and stated that I would probably wear it the following day.

I did.

And dear Lord, please ignore my disaster of a bedroom in the background.  I need to find a better place to take these pictures....
And, of course, be sure to stop by to visit Micah today to see what was in the package I sent her!!

I can't wait to see everyone's goodies!  Please link-up with us below! :)

Sweetheart Swap Reveal

Sweetheart Swap

Back in January, I signed up for another swap!  Swaps are so fun to do!  You get to "meet" and know another blogger, and then you get a box of awesome goodies!

A big thanks to Kristin and Meg for hosting!

I was paired up with Celia from the Houck Diaries.  It's been great getting to know her through all of our social media sites!

These photos were actually taken with my iPhone 4S, and they don't look terrible! :)

Loved the pretty tissue paper, and the cute card!

I got such great gifts in my package!!  I'm sure you'll all be surprised to know that I did NOT immediately devour that Reese's heart.  I'm saving it for this weekend.  :)

There's also a yummy smelling candle in vanilla biscotti, a cute "love" mug from Pier I, this adorable little note pad with birds on the front (they each have a speech bubble that says "tweet"), and this great pad for meal planning!

Celia was certainly doing her research on me.  She totally hit the nail on the head with everything in my box, and she even worked in some purple with that tissue paper!  :)

The funniest part is that she included that meal planning sheet in my package that was mailed DAYS before I posted this tweet:

She must have been reading my mind.  Scott and I desperately need to go grocery shopping.  I'm not sure how we always end up doing this to ourselves.  We somehow end up waiting until we have practically no food before we go.  It's something we like doing together, and inevitably, we always need to go on a weekend when Scott is working.  :-p  ANYWAY, I'll be certain to start using this right away!

Thanks for all of my awesome goodies, Celia!! :)

Have you ever participated in a swap before?  What's the best gift you've ever gotten in a swap?

I'm also linking up today for Live & Learn Thursday because I learned what was in my Sweetheart Swap package!  (See what I did there?? ;) )

Snowflake Swap: Reveal

Snowflake Swap

Last month, I signed up with Jane to be part of the Snowflake Swap.  I was paired up with Tracie.  Since Tracie's not a blogger, I snapped a picture of what I sent her!

I sent Tracie a snowman from my Celebrating Home company.  I also sent her some fuzzy socks, a mug, Foldger's cappuccino mix, and some candy from a local candy store!  After some oddness from the post office, she did get her package, although a tad late!  Fortunately, she also really enjoyed it! :)

Here's what I got:

I got a zebra print scarf, a mug with chocolates, a set of Godiva hot chocolate, gourmet chocolate chip cookies, two ornaments, and silicone baking sets.

I'm saving that hot chocolate for a particularly cold and snowy day!  I can't wait to have it, but I don't want to use it up too soon!

Thanks, Tracie!
